CoolRIOTS acquires 25% stake in Beyond4 to accelerate AI-native growth for startups across Singapore, Malaysia and ASEAN

CoolRIOTS today announced that it has completed the acquisition of a 25% equity stake in Beyond4 Pte Ltd, a regional growth accelerator that builds talent, innovation, and entrepreneurship ecosystems across Southeast Asia. The transaction was completed on 27 June 2026.

The investment moves CoolRIOTS to directly support startups in Singapore and Malaysia — and across ASEAN — in becoming AI-native in how they run their businesses. Through Beyond4's accelerator programmes and CoolRIOTS' BeX Enterprise AI platform, startups will be able to deploy AI Digital Employees to scale up their business operations and to develop strategic AI capabilities of their own.

Strategic rationale

• Reach: Beyond4's regional accelerator network and ecosystem partners give CoolRIOTS direct access to high-growth startups across Singapore, Malaysia, and the wider ASEAN region.
